Mrs. Wilma Leach age 71 of Barbourville, KY departed this life on Friday, August 4, 2017 at her home. She was born on November 10, 1945 in Bell Co., KY the daughter of the late James Treadway and Ida Marie (Earls) Treadway. She had been a school bus driver in Michigan and believed in the Baptist Faith.
She is preceded in death by her parents James and Ida Treadway, her husband Lloyd Mills, seven brothers and sisters, Robert & Kenneth Treadway, Anna Baldwin, Betty Adkins, Edna Gonzales, Dorothy Howerton and Leroy Earls, and one grandchild, Cherokee Decker.
Left behind to mourn her passing, six daughters, Angela Brock and husband Earl of Barbourville, Donielle Robinson and fiance’ Rick McQueen of Gray, Donna Duncan and husband Rick of Gray, Debra Worley of Colorado, Jennifer Chittum and husband William of North Carolina, Jamie Hillin of North Carolina and one raised as a daughter, Jessie Gibson and husband David of Newport, Michigan, one sister, Priscilla Runles and husband Bob of Monroe, Michigan, eight grandchildren, Dillon Robinson, Alexia Robinson, Brian Gordon, Brandon Gordon, Rachel Baker, Jessica Cole, Julia McMurray and Jacob Brock, great grand-children, Cheyenne and Shawnee Decker, Freedom and Elijah McMurray, Preston and Tyson Gordon, Jasmine Alsip, Aubry Francine Nakotah Mills, Jaxon Noah Scott Alsip, Robert Cole, Jackie Cole, Savana Cole, Damian Cole and Candice Cole. She also leaves behind a host of many other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
Funeral services for Mrs. Wilma Leach will be conducted on Thursday, August 10, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. in he Cobb Hampton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Nathaniel Messer officiating. Pallbearers will be family & friends. She will be laid to rest in the Barbourville Cemetery. Cobb Hampton Funeral Home will be in charge of all arrangements.
Friends will be received at the Cobb Hampton Funeral Home on Wednesday evening from 5:00 until 9:00 p.m. and on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service at 3:00 p.m.
