MR. WAYNE SMITH
Mr. Wayne Smith age 61 passed away Tuesday-January 2, 2007 in East Tennessee Baptist Hospital, Knoxville, TN. He was the son of James Smith and Bertha Gambrel Smith born to them July 31, 1945 in Knox Co. KY. Mr. Smith was the husband of Irene (Smallwood) Smith for 41 years.
Mr. Smith is preceded in death by his parents, and 4 sisters Annie Belle Smith, Kathleene Smith, Mollie Smith and Bessie Smith.

Two Daughters: Linda Hatfield and husband Philip of Barbourville, KY
Pamela Golden and husband John of Pineville, KY
Four sons: Randy Smith and wife Gwen of Bailey Switch, KY
Wayne Smith, Jr. and wife Teresa of Flat Lick, KY
Stevie Smith and Aleisha of Barbourville, KY
James Smith and Amanda of Grays, KY
Three sisters: Rosie Lee of Barbourville, KY
Oma Roark and husband Everett of London, KY
Ruby Smith of London, KY
Two brothers: Fred Smith of Sidney, Ohio
Lloyd Smith and wife Vercie of Mills, KY
Grandchildren: Angela Price and husband Anthony, Randy Curtis Smith, Austin Smith, Christopher Smith, Tyler Smith, Maranda Smith, Kaydance Smith, Tonya Hatfield, Tabitha Hatfield, Bruce Hatfield, Anna Smith and Johathan Ray Golden.
Step-grandchildren: Raven, Mackenzie, Haylie and Chris.
Mr. Smith also leaves behind a host of friends and family to mourn his passing.
Funeral services for Mr. Smith will be conducted on Sunday-January 7, 2007 at 11 a.m. at the Old Fourmile Pentecostal Church, Fourmile, KY. with Rev. David Sizemore and Rev. Ronnie Sizemore officiating. Pallbearers will be Family and Friends. Burial will follow in the Davis Cemetery at Acorn Fork. Hampton Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
