Victor Mills, age 78 of Jellico, formerly of Knox County passed away Thursday in Jellico. He was the father of James David Mills of Barbourville, KY, Tim Mills of Cincinnati, Ohio, and Vickie Michelle Gray of Jellico, TN. The brother of Bill Mills of Flat Lick, Owen Jr., Dale and Otis Mills all of Corbin, Betty Sue Grubb of Michigan, and Mitchie Miller of Covington, KY and the grandfather of Jenna Marie Mills, Andrew Victor Mills, Eric Mills, Mark Mills, Michael Mills, Ricky Dean Mills, and April Mills.
Funeral services for Victor Mills will be conducted at 1PM Monday at the Hampton Funeral Home with Lester Cox officiating; Burial will follow in the Hammons Cemetery at Flat Lick. The family will receive friends after 6Pm on Sunday at the Hampton Funeral home n bchapel
