Mrs. Teresa Roark age 42 of Gray, KY departed this life on Saturday – October 18, 2008 in the Baptist Regional Medical Center in Corbin. She was the daughter of Edith (Roberts) Fuston and the Late Frank Tuttle born to them in Knox County, KY on April 14, 1966. Teresa believed in the Holiness faith and enjoyed dancing, talking to people, cleaning, and helping others.Her father Frank Tuttle and one sister Maggie Roberts precedes Teresa in death.
Survivors include her fiancé Richard Disney of Gray, KY her mother Edith Fuston of Barbourville, KY, three daughters Crystal Saylor of Barbourville, KY. Tabetha Edwards & husband Bradley of Jackson, Ohio and Kayla Tuttle of Barbourville, KY, one sister Brenda Brown & husband Jerry of Barbourville, KY, four brothers James Roberts and wife Angie of Gray, KY, Frank Tuttle, Darrell Tuttle and fiancé Larina, Michael Tuttle and wife April all of Barbourville. KY and six grandchildren. Teresa also leaves behind a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing. Funeral services for Teresa Roark will be conducted in the Hampton Funeral Home Chapel on Friday –October 24th, 2008 at 1:00 p.m.. With Rev. Roy Eversole and Rev. Charles Hensley officiating. Pallbearers will be family & friends. Interment will be in the Tanyard Cemetery at Smokey. Hampton Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Friday from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of service at 1:00 p.m.
