Teddy Smith

Mr. Teddy Smith age 63 of Barbourville departed this life on Thursday, May 16, 2024 in the Lee County Health and Rehabilitation Center in Beattyville, Kentucky. He was the son of Willard and Bernice Smith born to them on June 24, 1960 in Pineville, Kentucky. Teddy believed in the Baptist Faith and had previously attended Parkway Baptist Church along with his wife Deborah. Teddy owned and operated Teddy’s Auto Sales for thirty years here in Barbourville. He enjoyed dealing with cars and loved spending time with his family.

He is preceded in death by his wife Deborah Smith and his mother, Bernice Smith.

Left behind to mourn his passing, his son, Daniel Smith and a grandson, Lucas Smith both of Barbourville, his father, Willard Smith of Barbourville, five brothers, Freddy Smith and wife Norma of Mackey Bend, Terry Smith and wife Julie of Detroit, Michigan, Willard Smith, Jr. and wife Heidi of Sparta, Kentucky, Tony Smith of Barbourville and Eddie Smith of Mackey Bend and one sister, Betty Freeman and husband Joe of Williamsburg. He also leaves behind many other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
