Sharon Kay (Jacobson) Reeves

Mrs. Sharon Kay Reeves, age 77, of Cannon, Kentucky departed this life on Saturday, July 6, 2024 at her home. She was the wife of David Reeves and the daughter of Herman Jacobson and Gladys (Dahlbert) Jacobson born to them on September 30, 1946 in Sabin, Wisconsin.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Herman and Gladys Jacobson, two children, Shannon Elser and David Elijah Reeves, one sister, Shelby Creviston and three brothers, Herman Jacobson, Jr., Russell Jacobson and Bennie Jacobson.

Left behind to mourn her passing, her loving husband of thirty-one years, David Reeves of Cannon, three children, Jeff Gossell and wife Terry of Maine, Keith Reeves and Jamie Reeves, both of Illinois, five grandchildren, Steven, Kayla, Logan, Aaron and Lillian and one great-grandchild, Kobie, five siblings, Betty Lou Hutchinson and husband Archie of Wisconsin, Carol Ann Smith of Barbourville, Janice Mothan of Missouri, Claren Jacobson of Barbourville, Dewayne Jacobson and wife Margaret of Illinois. She also leaves behind many other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.

Funeral services for Mrs. Reeves will be conducted on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. in the Hampton Funeral Chapel with Bro. Darrell Reeves officiating. Hampton Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Friends will be received at the funeral home on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service at 2:00 p.m.
