Mrs. Shannon Marie Elser, age 36 of Flat Lick, Ky. departed this life on Tuesday- April 10, 2007 at her home.
She was born on April 30, 1970 to Ronald Gossell and Sharon (Jacobson) Reeves. Mrs. Elser was the fiancée of Daryl Fredrick. Mrs. Elser was a member of the New Covenant Church and was an employee of ALP. She enjoyed the outdoors and being in the sun and cleaning and just making everyone else happy. Survivors include her mother Sharon Reeves and husband David Reeves of Cannon Ky., one daughter Kayle Nicole Elser, one brother Jeffery Gossell and fiancée Tracey Neff of Walworth, Wisconsin., one sister Ronica Gossell of Rockford, Illinois, one step- sister Cameo Elliott of Rockford, Illinois, three step-brothers Jamie Reeves of Sycamore, Illinois, Keith Reeves of Dekalb, Illinois, Eli Reeves of Union, Illinois, one nephew Steven Gossell, future step-sons Eric and Daniel Fredrick, and a future grandchild Alexia Fredrick. Shannon also leaves behind a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing. Funeral services for Mrs. Shannon Marie Elser will be conducted on Monday-April 16, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at the Saunders & McFarlin Funeral Home in Harvard, Illinois with visitation being held Sunday evening there from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Visitation for Mrs. Elser was held Thursday evening at the Hampton Funeral Home from 6:00 until 9:00 p.m. To the Elser family, the staff of the Hampton Funeral Home would like to offer you our heartfelt sympathy during your time of bereavement.
