Mrs. Sally Jane Lee age 69 of Kay Jay departed this life on Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at the Knox Co. Hospital. She was the wife of Ronnie Lee and the daughter of John Frank Jones and Fannie (Manes) Jones born to them on June 16, 1940 in Knox Co., KY.
She is preceded in death by her parents, John Frank and Fannie Jones, one daughter, Oma Grace Lee, three sisters, Lenora Price, Lorene Villareal and Mossie Hurst and one brother, John Frank Jones, Jr.
Left behind to mourn her passing is her husband Ronnie Lee of Kay Jay, five daughters, Jackie Rhodes of Siler, KY, Jenny Lee also of Siler, Josie Fuson and husband Roger and Holly Lee all of Kay Jay and Ruth Ann Stover of North Carolina, one brother, Lee Robert Jones of Kay Jay, two sisters, Cassie Fuson of Ingram and Beatrice Zirkle and husband Jim of Bucyrus, Ohio, eight grandchildren and one great grandchild on the way. Mrs. Lee also leaves behind a host of many other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
Funeral services for Mrs. Sally Lee will be conducted in the Hampton Funeral Home on Sunday at 1:00 p.m. Burial will be in the Goins Cemetery at Harps Creek. Pallbearers will be family & friends. Hampton Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
Friends will be received at the Hampton Funeral Home on Saturday evening from 6:00 until 9:00 p.m. and on Sunday from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of service at 1:00 p.m.
