Rondal Mills

Mr. Rondal Lewis Mills age 62 of Bimble, KY departed this life on Wednesday, June 24th, 2009 in the Knox County Hospital. He was the widower of Lois Jean “Judy” (Smith) Mills and the son of the late Lewis & Stella (Sprouls) Mills born to them on May 1st, 1947 in Knox County. Mr. Mills was known to everyone as “Junior”, he was a former truck driver and his CB handle was “Blue Boy”. Mr. Mills was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed gardening, and being outside.
He is preceded in death by his wife Lois Jean Mills, his parents Lewis & Stella Mills, two sisters Sara Mae Fletcher, and Amanda Bachelor, one brother Charlie Mills, and one brother in-law Max Dale Jones.
Left behind to mourn his passing is his ex-wife Bobbie Angel, two sons Rodney Lewis Mills & wife Michelle of Bimble, KY and Ricky Angel & wife Sara of Cincinnati, Ohio, two sisters Flossie Jones & husband Leonard and Hazel Jones, a nephew Dennis Jones, a niece Tammy Deaton & husband Gary all of Girdler, KY and a special friend Brenda Mills. Mr. Mills also leaves behind a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
Funeral services for Mr. Mills will be conducted in the Hampton Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, June 27th, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Lonnie Collett and Rev. Sylvester Dunn officiating. Pallbearers will be family & friends. Burial will follow in the Hampton Cemetery at Girdler, KY. Hampton Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.

The family will receive friends at the Hampton Funeral Home from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Friday evening, and on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of service at 1:00 p.m.
