Survivors include his ex-wife Margaret Pelkey of Michigan, one son Isaac Jackson & wife Laura of Fleet, Michigan, one daughter Amelia Jackson of Michigan, three brothers, Lenville Jackson & wife Lisa of London, KY, Calvin Jackson & wife Sue of Barbourville, KY, Jerrell Jackson & wife Durenda of Port Charlotte, Florida, four sisters Sue Henson of Cannon, KY, Judy Stringer of Corbin, KY, Marilyn Bunch & husband Tom of Corbin, KY, Faye Taylor & husband Daniel of Frankfort, KY, three grandchildren Seth Jackson, Sky Jackson and Faith Jackson all of Michigan. Mr. Jackson also leaves behind a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing. Funeral services for Mr. Jackson will be conducted on Friday, July 18, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. in the Hampton Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Vernon Morris & Rev. Daniel Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in the Jackson-Garland Cemetery at Cannon, KY with Nephews serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are Dr. Carl & staff, Dr. Morton & staff, Mr. Jackson also thought that all of his brothers in law & sisters in law were very special to him. Hampton Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
Friends will be recieved at Hampton Funeral Home Thursday evening from 6:00 until 9:00 p.m. and Friday from 9:00 a.m. until the funeral at 1:00 p.m.
