Rick Russ of Heidrick , Kentucky departed this life on Saturday, September 3, 2016 at his home being 60 years, 7 months and 10 days of age. He was born in Heidrick, Kentucky on January 24, 1956 to the late Edward Russ and the late Neva Newman Russ. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by two brothers: Jerry Russ and Curtis Dale Russ.
He is survived by his wife Rhonda Russ; one son Brandon Russ of Heidrick; two brothers: David Russ and wife Debbie of Higgins Hollow and Lonnie Russ and wife Jennifer of Coalport; one sister: Jeannie Bays and husband Jerry of Little Popular Creek; three nieces and nephews: Dayna Rogers and husband Greg of Barbourville, Cindy Hamilton of Bimble and Justin Bays of Heidrick; mother-in-law: Sue Henson; sister-in-law: Denise Warren and husband Leonard of Barbourville; brother-in-law Robbie Henson and wife Leanne of Keavy and many other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
A funeral service for Rick Russ will be conducted on Monday, September 5, 2016 at 2:00PM in the Hampton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tommy Frazier officiating. The family will receive friends on Monday, September 5, 2016 from 11:00AM until the funeral hour at 2:00PM at Hampton Funeral Home.
