Mr. Randy Messer age 40 of Cannon, Ky. departed this life on Friday – July 6, 2007 at his home. He was born on September 25, 1966 in Knox Co.Ky. to J.T. Messer of Knox Co.Ky. and the late Sudie (Swafford) Messer of Knox Co. Ky. Mr. Messer was a member of the Horn Branch Baptist Church. On May 13, 1989 he united in marriage to Sharon (Garland) of Knox Co. Ky. He also enjoyed playing bingo.
Mr. Messer was preceded in death by one brother Roscoe Messer. Survivors include: His wife Sharon (Garland) Messer of Cannon, Ky., His father J.T. Messer of Greenroad. Two brothers Earl Messer and wife Wanda of Greenroad, Ky., Lester Messer and wife Kimberly of Kettering, Ohio. One sister Louise Belden and husband David of Kettering, Ohio. Two Sister-in-laws Kay Garland of Cannon, Ky., and Marsha Barton of Woodbine, Ky., Four Nieces and Six Nephews. Mr. Messer also leaves behind a host of Relatives and friends to mourn his passing. Funeral services for Mr. Randy Messer will be conducted on Tuesday- July 10th, 2007 at 2p.m. In the Hampton Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dennis Chesnut officicating. Pallbearers will be Family & Friends. Honorary pallbearers will be Dr. West & staff, Gene Morris, and Tommy Goley. Interment will be at the Garland & Jackson Cemetery At Cannon, Ky., Hampton Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
