Mr. Randall Mills age 61 of Corbin, formerly of Stinking Creek passed away Monday- October 6, 2008 in Methodist Medical Center in Oakridge, TN. He was the husband of Joan (Tye) Mills and the son of the late Nasby & Minnie Smith Mills born to them on March 1, 1947 in Knox Co., KY. Randall was member of the Shield of Faith Baptist Church, and liked country music. He is preceded in death by his parents, two brothers Dewey Mills and J.C. Mills and two sisters Juanita Carnes and Martha Carnes.
Survivors include, his wife Joan, two daughters Sherri Lynn Fredrick, of Gray, Ky., Tammie Sue Williams of London, Ky., one step-daughters Mary Beth Kelloges,of Richmond, Ky., one step-son Bobbie Freeman of Williamsburg, Ky., Brothers Rudolf Mills and Esterleen of Corbin, Ky., Sie Mills & Diane of Corbin, Ky., Norman Mills & Wanda of Corbin, Ky., Orville Lee Mills & wife Gertie Mae of Corbin, Ky., O.V. Mills & Shelby of Cookville, TN., Raymond Mills & Donna of Fairborn, Ohio, General Mills & Jeanetta of Newarti, Ohio, sisters Irene Campbell & Kermit of Corbin, Ky., Elizabeth Stewart & Lonzo of Mills, Ky., Darlene McNeil & Robert of Corbin, Ky., Victoria Evans of Dahlonga, Ga., three grandchildren Tyler & Holly Cundiff and Benjamin Fredrick & four other step grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted in the Hampton Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday evening at 7:00 p.m. with the Rev. Bobby Abner & Rev. Donnie Mills officiating. Pallbearers will be family & friends. Interment will be at the Baker Cemetery on Jeff’s Creek on Thursday morning. Hampton Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
