Pauline Hoskins

Mrs. Pauline Hoskins age 84 of Flat Lick, KY passed away on Friday, April 06, 2012 in the Central Baptist Hospital in Lexington, KY. She was the daughter of the late Seymour & Mary (Castle) Messer of Knox County born to them on January 22, 1928.
Pauline was a member of the Concord Baptist Church, and a homemaker who enjoyed cooking, gardening, sewing, the outdoors, and her family.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband Bear Hensley, her second husband Vermont Hoskins, one son Leroy Hensley, six brothers Jess, Tom, Charlie, Jim, Nels, and John Messer, four sisters Betty Messer, Julia Messer, Ann Hill, and Susie Messer, and one grandson Adam Smith.
Left behind to mourn her passing, her sons Jess Hensley & wife Lauren of Olathe, KS, Joe Hensley, Gary Hensley, and Hayes Hensley & wife Michelle all of Flat Lick, KY, daughters Mary (T.J.) Smith & husband Michael of London, KY, Carolyn Sue Hensley and her devoted daughter Jerri Mills & husband Steve both of Flat Lick, KY, nine grandchildren Shane Hensley, Annissa Hensley, Randy Hensley (Woodward),Tracy Parrott, Kasey Hensley, Telisha Fuson, Daniel Hensley, Alisha Stewart, and Stevie Hensley, plus six Great Grandchildren. Mrs. Hoskins also leaves behind a host of many other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
Funeral services for Pauline Hoskins will be conducted on Monday, April 9, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in the Hampton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mike Collins officiating. Pallbearers will be Josh Parrott, Randy Hensley (Woodward), Taylor Collins, Glenn Hickey, Jerry (Rabbit) Cox, George Whitehead, and Ricky Hobbs. Burial will follow in the Goodin Cemetery at Goodin Branch. Hampton Funeral Home will be in charge of all arrangements.
