Odell Hinkle

Mr. Odell Hinkle age 78 of Flat Lick, Kentucky departed this life on Monday, February 7, 2022 at his home. He was the son of Robert and Dora (Bargo) Hinkle born to them on December 16, 1943 in Knox County. He was a member of Young Grove Baptist Church at Dewitt.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Dora Hinkle, two brothers, Marvin Hinkle and Bobby Eugene Hinkle and one sister, Pauline Hinkle.

Left behind to mourn his passing, two sisters, Irene Smith and husband Harold Gene and Mariah Hinkle all of Flat Lick. He also leaves behind several nieces, nephews and other relatives and many friends to mourn his passing.

Funeral services for Mr. Odell Hinkle will be conducted in the Cobb-Hampton Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday February 10, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. Jerry Smith and Bro. Herman Mills officiating. He will be laid to rest in the Hinkle Branch Cemetery with pallbearers being Adam Smith, Christopher Smith, Dustin Carnes, Jamie Hinkle, Jake Carroll and Martin Crawford. Cobb-Hampton Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.

Friends will be received at the funeral home on Wednesday evening from 6:00 until 9:00 p.m. and on Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of service at 2:00 p.m.
