Nola E. Hubbard

Mrs. Nola Hubbard age 85 of Barbourville departed this life on Saturday, December 9, 2017 in the Barbourville ARH Hospital. She was the widow of Thurman Hubbard. She was born on September 10, 1932 in Clay Co., KY the daughter of Harve and Sudie (Davis) Vaughn. She believed in the Baptist faith and was a homemaker. She is preceded in death by her husband Thurman and her parents along with fourteen siblings.

Left behind to mourn her passing, her son, Chris Hubbard, her daughter, Sherry Hubbard, one brother, Glenn Vaughn and wife Francis all of Barbourville, one granddaughter, Jessica Schneider, seven great grandchildren, Christopher P. Hubbard, Hannah, Makena, Brayden and Ally Schneider, Bryce and Enoch Abner, one great-great grandson, Christopher T. Hubbard, a special nephew, Joseph Gray and many other nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Funeral services for Mrs. Nola Hubbard will be conducted in the Cobb-Hampton Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at 12:00 noon. She will be laid to rest in the Corinth Cemetery in Corbin with family & friends serving as pallbearers.  Cobb Hampton Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.

Friends will be received at the funeral home on Tuesday evening from 6:00 until 9:00 p.m. and on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service at 12:00 noon.
