Mrs. Nancy Carmack, age 82 of Barbourville, KY departed this life on Wednesday, January 21, 2009 in the Baptist Regional Medical Center in Corbin, KY. She was the daughter of the Late Lloyd & Martha Mills born to them on October 26, 1926 in Knox County. Mrs. Carmack was a cook for 15 years for KCEOC, and she attended the Roadside Baptist Church. She united in marriage with Jessie Bargo and to this union four children were born, later in life she united and married Clark Carmack. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one infant son, and son Estill Carmack, and one brother V A Mills.
Survivors include: one son Charles Bargo of Barbourville, Ky, one daughter Betty Roark & husband Orville of Salem, Indiana, one brother Amos Mills & wife Maggie of Hammond, Ky, two sisters Ada Mills & husband General of Barbourville, Ky, and Cleo Bargo of Heidrick, Ky, Plus a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing. Funeral services will be in the Hampton Funeral Home Chapel, On Saturday – January 24th, at 2:00 p.m. Pallbearers will be Arvil Roark, Frank Bush, Justin Hood, Eddie Roark, Matthew Hood, Marty Roark. Honorary Pallbearers will be family & friends. Interment will be at the Barbourville Cemetery with Hampton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Friends will be received at the Hampton Funeral Home on Friday evening from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of service at 2:00 p.m.
