Mr. Jerry Dewayne Miller, age 58 of Corbin, Kentucky departed this life on Thursday, January 8, 2015 in the Baptist Health Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky. Mr. Miller was born on April 3, 1956 in Pineville, Kentucky to the late James and Anna Beatrice Miller. Mr. Miller was an employee and Plant Superintendent at the Tru-Seal Factory in Barbourville for 35 years and was also the former Master of the Cumberland Valley Masonic Lodge #751.

Mr. Miller is survived by his wife, Sherry of Corbin; Two sons: Jay Miller (Tracy) of Barbourville and James Reeves of Corbin; One daughter, Christy Stevens (David) of Corbin; Two brothers: Huston Miller (Darlene) of Barbourville, and James Michael Miller (Beth) of Barbourville; Two sisters: Juanita Watson of Barbourville; and Ruby Smith (John) of Girdler; two grandchildren, Grant and Grace Miller; and a host of many other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.

Funeral services for Mr. Jerry Dewayne Miller will be conducted in the Hampton Funeral Home Chapel on Sunday, January 11, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. David Barnard and Rev. Josh Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Miller Cemetery at Flat Lick with Terry Hensley, Jerry Hensley, Shannon Miller, Jay Smith, Jake Miller, Josh Miller, Charles Merida, and Huston Miller serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Masonic Lodge #751, his former co-workers and friends at Tru-Seal Technologies and the staff of the Baptist Health Hospital in Lexington.

Friends will be received at the Hampton Funeral Home on Saturday, January 10, 2015 after 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. and after 11:00 A.M. on Sunday until the funeral hour at 2:00 P.M.

A Masonic Service will be conducted Saturday evening at 6:30 P.M. in the Hampton Funeral Home Chapel by Mr. Millers Masonic brothers.
