Mr. Black Black

Mr. Calvin Black age 59 the husband of Thelma Black was born in Pineville, Ky. on April 14, 1947 to the late Wayne Black Sr. and the late Ester Black Bain.  Passed away Friday March 9, 2007 in the Pineville Hospital. In addition to his parents one brother Randal Black precedes him in death.

On March 26, 1988 he was United in marriage to Thelma Hubbard Mr. Black Attended Concord Baptist Church, He was a heavy equipment operator and loved to hunt.

Survivors include his wife Thelma Black, two sons Tommy Black and wife Sandra of Corbin, KY.; Chris Black of Flat Lick, Ky. two sisters Virginia Sue Barton and husband Gary of Pleasant View, Tn.; Mary Etta Doolin and Husband Terry of Jarvis, Ky.; two brothers Wayne Black Jr. and wife Alana of Rock Hill, SC.; Georoge Thomas Black and wife Gloria of Gray, Ky.;

Funeral services for Mr. Black will be conducted on Monday March 12, 2007 at 2:00 pm in the Hampton Funeral Home Chapel. With Rev. Mike Collins and Rev. Paul Frederick Officiating. Burial will follow in the Hammons Cemetery at Flat Lick, Ky. Pallbearers will be Gary Smith, Garrett Gray, Charles Henson, Henson Hodge, Matt Smith and Anthony Eversole.
