Mr. Millard Dewayne Hibbard age 74 of Bay Springs, Mississippi, formerly of Barbourville departed this life on Monday, April 27, 2020 at his home. He was the husband of Catherine (Polselli) Hibbard and the son of Charles and Carol Hibbard born to them on March 31, 1946.

Mr. Hibbard was a truck driver for over fifty-three years. He drove for KEI International in Richmond, KY and for Ready-Mix in Somerset, KY. He enjoyed farming, hunting and loved all his family dearly. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Carol Hibbard, three brothers, Charles William Scott, Douglas David Scott and Donald Keith Hibbard, Sr. and a grandson, Michael Richardson and Mark Richardson.

Left behind to mourn his passing, his wife Catherine Hibbard of Bay Springs, Mississippi, two sons, James Dewayne Hibbard and wife Tina of Girdler, KY and Kelly Hibbard and wife Betty of Heidrick, KY, three daughters, Ann Marie Richardson of Bay Springs, Mississippi, Kimberly Brick and husband Mark of Swan Pond, KY and Diana Barnes of Raleigh, North Carolina, three brothers, Jimmy Mitchell Scott and wife Vivian of LaPorte, Indiana, Michael Allen Hibbard and wife Brenda of Hinkle, KY, and Tony Joe Hibbard and wife Sharon of London, KY, three sisters, Ruth Warren and husband Glen of Barbourville, Betty White and husband Mike of Corbin, KY and Regina Hobbs and husband Stoney of Girdler, KY. He also leaves behind two special grandchildren, Amber Richardson and Steven Richardson along with many other grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.

All funeral services for Mr. Hibbard will be private with Rev. Donald Tackett officiating.  He will be laid to rest in the Hammons Cemetery at Girdler, KY with pallbearers Steven Davidson, Glen Warren, James Hibbard, Kelly Hibbard and Tony Hibbard.
