Mr. Michael Hubbard, age 53 of Gray, Ky passed away on Thursday- December 20, at his home he was the son of the late Troy Hubbard and Pauline (Bright) Hubbard Steenbergen born to them in Whitley co. Ky on September 20, 1954. Mr. Hubbard believed in the Baptist faith, and was a member of the Merrimac Baptist Church. He loved woodwork, and yard work. He was a great husband, father, and he enjoyed and loved his grandchildren very much, he was self employed at D&M carpet where he was also a very savvy business man.
Survivors include: His wife Bonnie (Smith) Hubbard of Gray, Ky., One son Michael Thomas Hubbard of Gray, Ky., Three daughters Tracie Dillion of Lexington, Ky., Cristine Jette of Corbin, Ky., Starlenna Chadwell of Corbin, Ky., Three brothers Gary Steenbergen & wife Earlene of Corbin, Ky., Keith Steenbergen And wife Regina of Woodbine, Ky.,Don Bright & wife Faye of Gray, Ky., Two sister’s Gail Jackson of Russellville, Ky., Kathy Glenn of Gray, Ky., Five Grandchildren, And A very Special Grandmother Dora Bright of Gray, Ky. Funeral Services will be in the Hampton Funeral Home Chapel, On Sunday- December 23, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. With the Rev. Owen Smith & Rev. Danny Smith Officiating. Pallbearers will be family & friends. Interment will be at the Obie Mills Cemetery with Hampton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
