Mrs. Martha (Bays) West age 80 of Barbourville, KY departed this life on Sunday – April 6, 2008 In the Barbourville Nursing Home. She was the daughter of Thomas Bays & Jane (Matlock) Bays. Martha was a homemaker and was member of the Little Popular Creek Church.
Her parents, husband Flem, one brother Walter Bays, three sisters Marie Bays, Mossie Partin, Hester Parker, and one foster brother Edward Matlock preceded Martha in death.
Survivors include a neice Jane Jewell Partin, and a nephew Richard Partin, who she was a special aunt too, Plus a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
Funeral services for Mrs. Martha West will on Wednesday – April 09, 2008 at 12:00 noon in
The Hampton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bill Gray officiating. Burial will follow in the Mays Cemetery. Family & Friends will be serving as pallbearers. Hampton Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
