Mrs. Martha Hubbard Warren age 73 of Barbourville passed away Monday at the Knox County Hospital. She was the wife of Howard Warren who survives. She was born in Bell County, KY to the late Bill and Margaret Mills Hubbard. She was a Homemaker and believed in the Pentecostal faith.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by one son Ronnie Lee Warren, two brothers: Vernon and Wiley Hubbard and three sisters: Betty Howard, Elsie Baker and Oatie Howard.
Other survivors include two sons: Richard Warren of Barbourville, James Warren and wife Amanda of Artemus, three daughters Joy Hoskins, Sarah Mills and Mary Louise Hill all of Barbourville. One brother: Lee Hubbard Jr and wife Cathy of Williamsburg and one sister Sudie Gray and husband Hiram of Bimble six grandchildren David Michael Hill, Matthew Brown, Steve Brown, Tony Travis Brown, Samantha Warren and Makalyla Barrett several Nieces and Nephews. Plus a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
Funeral services for Martha Hubbard Warren will be conducted Thursday June 2, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. in the Hampton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Reed Murphy and Rev. Roger Hatfield officiating. Burial will follow in the Barbourville Cemetery with Johnny Hubbard, Dennis Nelson, Wesley Roark, Shane Jordan and George Smith serving as pallbearers. Honorary Pallbearers will be Friends and Neighbors.
The family will receive friends at Hampton Funeral Home Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
