Mrs. Mae Bingham age 77, of Barbourville, Ky., passed away Sunday-March 09, 2008 At her home. She was the widow of Albert Bingham and the daughter of the late Sawyer Brown & Ellen (Combs) Brown born to them on May 11, 1930 in Knox. Co. Mrs. Bingham believed in the Baptist faith. She enjoyed taking care of her family. Her parents and husband and three daughters Roxie, Doxie, Melissa, & two brothers A.C. Brown, Ralphy Brown, and one grandchild preceded Mrs. Bingham in death.
Survivors include five sons: Donald Ray Bingham of Union City, Ohio., Ronald Bingham of Covington, Ohio., Dallas Bingham of Barbourville, Ky., Scott Bingham & wife Carolyn of Barbourville, Ky., Bobby Bingham of Union City, Ohio. One daughter Francine Ostendorth & Husband Keith of Greenville, Ohio. Two sisters Chelsie Baker of Mt. Clemens, Mich., Shirley Gayheart of Louisville, Ky., 8 Grandchildren, and 5 Great Grandchildren. Mrs. Bingham also leaves a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing. Funeral services for Mrs. Bingham will be conducted on Wednesday-March 12, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. in the Hampton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Robert Wyatt Officiating. Burial will follow in the Bingham Cemetery at John’s Branch with Scott Barton, Scott Carnes, Shannon Burton, Timothy Burton, Donnie Price and Donnie Price, Jr. serving as pallbearers. Hampton Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
