Mr. Lowell Dean Callebs age 70 of Hinkle, KY passed away on Sunday-April 20, 2008 in his home. He was born May 9, 1937. To the Late Tippton & Mary (Melton) Callebs of Knox Co., an was the husband of Wilma Lee ( Mills) Callebs. Mr. Callebs believed in the Baptist faith, like to ginseng, and enjoyed gardening. He is preceded in death by his parents, three brothers Merrill, Kenneth, and Harold.
He leaves behind to mourn his passing, his wife Wilma Lee Callebs, of Callebs Creek, Ky.,
Three sons Brian Callebs & fiancé Jessica of Callebs Creek, Ky., Michael Callebs of Callebs Creek , Ky., Mark & wife Linda Callebs of Mt. Vernon, Ky., One brother Wendell & wife Marie Callebs of Florida., three sisters June Daniels of Bimble, Ky., Jean Callahan of Bimble, Ky., Joann Poindexter of Calf. Two grandchildren Ethan Noah Callebs, Abigail Lee Callebs. He also leaves behind a host of many other relatives and friends.
Funeral services for Mr. Lowell Callebs will be conducted on Wednesday – April 23, 2008
At 1:00 p.m. in the Hampton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Brian Miracle & Rev. Herman Mills officiating. Pallbearers will be family & friends. Honorary pallbearers will be Jr. Payne, Bobby Smith, Lonnie Liford, Terry Price. Burial will be in the Moore Cemetery. Friends will be received on Tuesday evening from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Hampton Funeral Home will be in charge of all arrangements.
