Mrs. Lillian Ruth Wilson, age 80, passed away on Sunday, September 20, 2015 at her home in Prichard Branch. She was the daughter of Lether and Rhoda Prichard Adams, born to them on December 25, 1934 in Knox County, Kentucky. She was a member of the Swan Pond Baptist Church and loved to garden, cook, sew, her pets and spending time with children. She united in marriage to Ernest Wilson and to this union, one child was born.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Earnest Wilson; her son, Thomas Wilson: her siblings: Roy C. Adams, Cressa Mays, Mae Lee, Gladys McAllen, Jason Woodrow Adams, Junior Lee Adams, Glenn O'Dean Adams, Sewell Gleason Adams, Alma Marie Adams, Charles Edward Adams, Belvin P. Adams, Margaret Adams and Bobbie Joe Adams: One sister-in-law, Estelene Senters Adams: Two brothers-in-law, Tom Lee and Walter Mays.
Mrs. Wilson is survived by her loving siblings and their spouses: Wanda and her husband Van, Wayne Adams and his wife Dianna and Tommy Adams. Four sisters-in-law, Opal Adams of Barbourville, Margaret McCormick of Ocala Florida, Lois Morrow of Louisville, Kentucky and Jackie Wilson of Chattanooga, Tennessee. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and several great-great nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Mrs. Lillian Ruth Wilson will be conducted on Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. in the Hampton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Denvil Taylor and Rev. Charles Lee officiating. Burial will follow in the Partin-Wilson Cemetery at Prichard Branch with Cameron Hudson, Jeffrey Adams, Douglas Shields, Michael Shields, David Warren, Steve Wilson, Michael Goins and Scotty Partin serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Paul Owens, Jason Partin, James Martin, Jessie Martin and Sam Farris. Hampton Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.

Friends may call at the Hampton Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 22, 2015 after 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. and on Wednesday after 10:00 A.M. until the funeral hour at 11:00 A.M.
