Larry James Doolin

Mr. Larry James Doolin age 64, of Heidrick passed away Saturday at St joe's London. He was born on October 2, 1946 to James and Arizona Lundy Doolin who preceded him in death. He was a retired construction worker and a member of the Heidrick Holiness Church. He loved to fish and spend time with his Grandson.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Janie Brown Doolin, one brother Herman Doolin and one sister Florence Hembree.
Survivours include his son Michael Doolin and wife Carol of Barbourville, one daughter Sheila Gray and husband Mark of Barbourville, two brothers: Terry Dollin and wife Marietta of Barbourville, Sterling Doolin and wife Mary of Heidrick, six sisters Helen Abner and husband Bee of Heidrick, June Pickard and husband Don of Barbourville, Debbie Soper and husband Richard of Heidrick, Aline Payne of Cincinnati, OH, Roetta Brock of Blue Ash, OH. and Anna Burnette of Heidrick and one grandson Austin Doolin. His first wife Elizabeth Doolin and a special friend Margaret Smith. Plus a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
Funeral services for Mr. Larry James Doolin will be conducted on Tuesday
May 10, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Tommy Frazier and Rev. Herbie Hoskins officiating. Burial will follow in the Doolin Cemetery at Heidrick with Nephews serving as pallbearers. Honorary Pallbearers are Friends and Neighbors. The family will receive friends on Monday evening at Hampton Funeral Home from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of service at 2:00 p.m.
