Kitty Riley age 77 of Girdler, Kentucky departed this life on Wednesday March 4, 2020 in the Jackson Manon Nursing Home in Annville, Kentucky. She was the daughter of Pearl Riley born to her on May 17, 1942 in Knox County. Kitty was a member of the Dripping Springs Baptist Church and was a homemaker.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Pearl Riley, one son Quentin Riley, two daughters, Betsy Lee and Mittie Riley and one brother, Ellis Riley.
Left behind to mourn her passing, her brother, Robert Riley and wife Gracie of Girdler, three sisters, Cleta Vickers and husband Pete of Annville, KY, Bonnie Riley of Girdler and Cleo Messer and husband Richard of Cincinnati, Ohio and her daughter-in-law, Teresa Riley of Girdler. She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
Funeral services for Kitty Riley will be conducted on Sunday, March 8, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at the Dripping Springs Baptist Church with Rev. Ricky Broughton and Rev. Steve Honeycutt officiating. Pallbearers will be nephews. She will be laid to rest in the Callebs Creek Cemetery with Cobb-Hampton Funeral Home in charge of all arrangements.
Friends will be received at the Dripping Springs Baptist Church on Saturday evening after 7:00 p.m. and on Sunday morning until the hour of service at 2:00 p.m.
