Mr. Kenneth Clay Killion age 86 of Corbin, Kentucky, the husband of Jean Killion, departed this life on Wednesday, June 12, 2024 in the Beechtree Manor in Jellico, Tennessee. He was born on July 12, 1937,the son of Ben and Flora Killion. Kenneth believed in the Baptist faith and served his country in the United States Army. He had worked as a television repairman for Phillips and Magnavox Consumer Electronics before retiring. He enjoyed playing cards, watching sports, news and game shows on TV and being with his family.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Ben and Flora Killion, a grandchild, Michael Paul Killion and ten brothers and sisters.
Left behind to mourn his passing, his wife Jean Killion of Corbin, his son, James Paul Killion and wife Denise of Corbin, two grandchildren, Katrina Killion and Cheyenne Pinson, one great-grandchild, Wrent Paige Pinson and one sister, Brenda Mays. He also leaves behind many other nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
Funeral services for Mr. Killion will be conducted on Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at 12:00 noon in the Hampton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Scott Carroll officiating. He will be laid to rest in the Killion Cemetery. Pallbearers will be family and friends. Hampton Funeral Home will be in charge of all arrangements.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Monday evening from 6:00 until 9:00 p.m. and on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service at 12:00 noon.
