Miss Kathleen "Kathy" Smith age 48 of Dewitt passed away on Wednesday, May 02, 2012 in the Knox County Hospital. She was the daughter of Herbert Joe & Marie (Baker) Smith born to them on May 6, 1963 in Miami County Ohio.
Kathy liked to fish and drive.
She was preceded in death by one brother Herbert Joseph Smith, and one sister Donna Smith.
Left behind to mourn her passing , her parents Joe & Marie Smith of Dewitt, KY, one brother Jessie Smith also of Dewitt, KY, two sisters Sandie Gray & husband Doyle of Dewitt, KY, and Jessica Smith of Barbourville, KY, plus a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
Funeral services for Kathy Smith will be conducted on Friday, May 4, 2012 @ 1:00 p.m. in the Hampton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Leroy Warren officiating. Pallbearers will be Family & Friends. Burial will follow in the Williamson Cemetery at Dewitt. Hampton Funeral Home will be in charge of all arrangements.
