Jesse Charles White

Mr. Jesse Charles (Charlie) White of Flat Lick, Ky. passed away Saturday, April 5, 2014 in the Baptist Health hospital in Corbin after a short illness. Charlie was a member of Artemus Baptist church, a retired Delta Gas employee and owner of "White's Tack Shop" in Bimble and Flat Lick, Ky. He was a member of the Bell County Masonic Lodge and served in the United States Army. Charlie was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Sange White, his Wife, Juanita Baker White, 3 Brothers and 5 Sisters. Charlie is survived by his son, Michael White of Pineville, Ky. and daughter in law Susan Harris White.
Funeral services will be held in the chapel of the Hampton Funeral Home on Tuesday April 8, 2014 at 6:00 pm with the Rev. Brad Freeman officiating.
Interment will follow in the Hammons Cemetery at Flat Lick. Pallbearers will be Jimmy Miles, Tom Marlow, Bill Harris, Jerry Paul Cox, Jerry Rabbit Cox and Scotty Callahan. Honorary Pallbearers will be Flem Gray, Will Stamper, John Collins and Eddie Abner.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday April 8, 2014 from 4:00 pm until the hour of service at 6:00 pm at the Hampton Funeral Home.
