Mr. Jerry Lee Randall Frederick age 56 of Trosper, KY was born on June 1, 1951 and departed this life on Friday, May 9, 2008 in the Central Baptist Hospital in Lexington. On February 20, 1981 he united in marriage with Karen Logan and to this union two children were born. He was a Christian man and loved to fish, go four-wheeling, watching UK basketball and enjoyed being with friends in the mountains. He is preceded in death by two brothers, Glen Frederick and Dan Frederick and two sisters, Thelma and Carolyn.
Survivors include, his wife Karen Frederick of Trosper, KY, one son Brett Daniel Frederick of Kay Jay, one daughter Brittany Denise Frederick of Trosper, five brothers, Harold Frederick and wife Betty of Corbin, KY, Don Frederick and wife Charlotte of Barbourville, KY, Doug Frederick and wife Lynn of Trosper, KY, Bob Frederick and wife Kathy of Gray, KY and Tim Frederick of Trosper, KY, two sisters, Alieen Elam of Tampa, Florida and Joann Storie and husband Allen of Richmond, KY, a special sister in law, Chelsie Frederick along with countless nieces, nephews and friends are left to mourn his passing. Funeral services for Mr. Jerry Frederick will be conducted on Sunday, May 11, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. the Hampton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tim Hamilton, Rev. Ralph Schaffer and Rev. Bob Fugate officiating. Pallbearers will be, Kevin Frederick, Charlie Bays, Aaron Hurst, Lane Myerly, Gary Eversole, Mike Hamilton and Cat Hamilton. Honorary Pallbearers will be Lonnie Rice, Edwin Smith, Darren Eldridge, Thomas Click and Tim O’Neil. Burial will be in the Burch-Alford Cemetery. Hampton Funeral Home will be in charge of all arrangements.
