Mr. Jeffery Scott Reynolds age 38, of Nicholasville, Kentucky departed this life on Tuesday October 27, 2009 in Nicholasville. He was the son of Geneva Hall and the late Lester Reynolds, Jr born to them on April 21, 1971 in Troy, Ohio. Jeffrey was an employee of Brock McVey. He was baptized at the Salem Baptist church. He enjoyed fishing and working on cars.
He is preceded in death by his father Lester Reynolds, Jr. and his grandparents, Evie Gray, Mary Johnson and Bessie & Eugene Reynolds.
He is survived by his mother Geneva Hall and step father Bill Hall of Nicholasville , a step grandmother, Dorothy Gray of Bimble one bother, Ricky Reynolds and wife Tonia, one sister Chasity Brown and husband Ricky, a niece Kendrick Reynolds, two nephews Brandon Reynolds and wife Janie and Jeremy Reynolds all of Nicholasville . He also leaves behind several aunts, uncles and cousins and other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
Funeral service for Jeffrey Reynolds will be conducted in the Hampton Funeral Home on Friday, October 30, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Ricky Brown, Rev. Joe Wright and Rev. Penny Turner officiating. Pallbearers will be Brandon and Jeremy Reynolds, Jason and Nathan Gray, Michael Merritt and Steven Gray. Honorary pallbearers will be, Dr. Disimon, Terry Smallwood, Kevin Miller & Sam Gilliam. Mr. Reynolds will be laid to rest in the Gray Sizemore Cemetery at Bimble, KY. Hampton Funeral Home will be in charge of all arrangements.
Visitation will be on Thursday evening from 6:00 until 9:00 and on Friday from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of service at 2:00 p.m.
