Mr.James W. "Jimmy" Williamson, age 67 of Independence, passed away Saturday, January 14, 2010 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, in Florence. He was a retired truck driver. He enjoyed woodworking, hunting and fishing. Jimmy was preceded in death by his father Corb Williamson and brothers Lonnie and Duane Williamson.
Survivors include his wife Pat Williamson of Independence, KY, daughter Cindy Lee of Alexandria, Ky., son Scott Williamson of Independence, Ky., mother Lillie Williamson of Cincinnati, sister Novella Headley of Cincinnati, Brother Willard Williamson of Loveland, Oh. And grandchildren Christopher Lee, Jacob Lee, Emma Lee, Lexie Williamson and Ian Lee.
Chambers & Grubbs in Florence will be handling funeral services on Tuesday 1/17/12. Visitation will be from 6-8 pm. With Funeral service to follow at 8p.m.
On Wednesday 1/18/12, visitation will be held from 11 - 1 at Hampton Funeral Home, 11-1 With Graveside service following at John R. Patterson Cemetery.
