Mr. Jackie Farthing age 56 of Kennesaw, Georgia departed this life on Sunday, June 24, 2012 at his home. He was the husband of Amy (Gray) Farthing and was the son of Raymond and Alice Geraldine (Hembree) Farthing born to them in Detroit, Michigan on February 4, 1956. Mr. Farthing was a member of the Artemus Baptist Church. He was also a member of the National Guard and was a veteran of the United States Army.
He is preceded in death by his parents Raymond and Alice Farthing, a son Jason Alexander Farthing, a sister Peggy Sue Jackson and a brother Freddie Farthing.
Left behind to mourn his passing is his wife Amy Farthing of Kennesaw, Georgia, one son Andrew Travis Farthing of Oklahoma, three daughters, Ariel Teah Farthing of Greenroad, KY, Alexis Rae Farthing of Barbourville, KY and Paula Cheyenne Farthing of Kennesaw, Georgia, one granddaughter Savannah Rae Hudson Farthing, one sister, Brenda Kay Moses & husband Marty of Gray, KY, one brother Raymond Edward Fartihing & wife Tosh, A brother-in-law Doyle Jackson,special friends Tony & Teresa Phillips, Terrence "DSI", Tom and Tracy Bays, Brody Bays, Fontanez family, gardner metal systems, Holland family and Nanny & Papaw Jones. His motorcycle riding club "Victory". He also leaves behind a host of many other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
