Irene Wren

Mrs. Irene (Bargo) Wren age 61 of Gray, KY passed away on Thursday - November 17th, 2011 in the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset. She was the wife of Kenneth Wren and the daughter of the late Clark & Amanda (Mills) Bargo of Knox County born to them on August 28th, 1950.
Irene was a member of the Keck Baptist Church and an employee of the Laurel Cookie Factory where she was the packer, she enjoyed traveling, shopping, and flowers. She also loved and cherished her dog Ginger.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by an infant baby brother Willie Ray Bargo and a sister Connie Sue Patterson.
Left behind to mourn her passing is her husband Kenneth Wren, two brothers Clark Bargo & wife Brenda, John Bargo, and one sister Aueline Wyatt & husband Jerry all of Gray, KY, special friends Erma Hubbard, Susan Hinkle, Linda Scott, Phyllis, and the Wren family, plus a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
Funeral services for Irene Wren will be conducted on Sunday - November 20th, 2011 @ 2:00 p.m. in the Hampton Funeral Home with the Rev. Claude Medlin & Rev. Lonnie Collett officiating. Pallbearers will be Nephews & friends. Honorary Pallbearers are Staff & nurse Lydia Moore of Hospice of Lake Cumberland Burial will follow McHargue Cemetery at Lily. Hampton Funeral Home will be in charge of all arrangements.
