Mrs. Irene Flo Butler, age 54, of Trosper, KY, passed away on Tuesday, February 11, 2014, in the Continue Care Hospital, Corbin, KY. She was the daughter of the late Sylvester Howard and Margaret Jean (Helton) Howard, born to them in Whitley County on June 20, 1959. She was a member of God's Temple at Boone Height.
Mrs. Butler is survived by her husband, Ronnie Butler, one son, Ronnie Lee Butler, Trosper, KY, one daughter, Jennifer Gray, London, KY, three grandchildren, Jaden Butler, Dakota Gray, and Makayla Gray, two sisters, Elizabeth Howard, Trosper, KY, and Joyce Loftin, Elsmer, KY, and one very special nephew, Joshua Howard, Trosper, KY, plus a host of other relatives and friends who mourn her passing.
Funeral services for Irene Flo Butler will be conducted in the chapel of the Hampton Funeral Home on Saturday, February 15, at 2:00 p.m., with the Rev. Ray Dean officiating. Burial will follow in the Barbourville Cemetery. Pallbearers will be family and friends. Hampton Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
Friends will be received at the Hampton Funeral Home on Friday, February 14, from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m., and on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service at 2:00 p.m.
