Infant Cook

Infant Tristan Joseph Creed Hubbard Cook age 3 months, passed away Thursday-February 15, 2007 at the Pineville Community Hospital, Bell County, Ky.  He was the son of Andrew Creed Douglas Cook and Ashley Deana Hubbard Cook of Barbourville, Ky. born to them November 1, 2006 in Lexington, Ky.

Tristan was preceded in death by maternal Grandfather Bud Collinsworth and Paternal Great Grandfather Creed Collier.

Tristan also leaves a host of family and friends to mourn his passing.

Funeral services for Tristan Joseph Creed Hubbard Cook will be conducted Monday-February 19, 2007 at 2 p.m. in the Hampton Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Denvil Taylor and Rev. Harry Ormsby officiating. Pallbearers will be Johathan Cook, Ed Laid/Law, Kegan Cook, Dewayne Woolum, Gary Liford, Derrick Woolum and Joshua Parks. Burial will be in the Final Rest Cemetery at Hinkle, Ky. Hampton Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements
