Mr. Hobert Carmack age 81 of Bimble, KY departed this life on Monday, July 20, 2015 at his home, with his family by his side. He was born on May 28, 1934 in Hinkle, KY and was the son of Clark and Nollie (Williamson) Carmack. On December 24, 1963 he united in marriage with Wanda Goley. She precedes him in death along with one son, Steven Carmack and his parents Clark and Nollie Carmack.
Hobert was saved and baptized in August 1948 at the Beech Springs Baptist Church. He was a member of the Friendship Baptist Church. He was a farmer, a mechanic and a gardener. He loved to sing in church and go down to the station and visit with his son and all the employees and customers in his free time.
Left behind to mourn his passing, his children, David Carmack of Barbourville, his daughters, Darlene Givens and husband Dennis of Lawrenceburg, KY and Diann Hamilton and husband Randall of Lexington, KY, one brother, Earl Carmack and wife Lela of Bimble, eight grandchildren, Allen and wife Misty, Dillon, Shelby, Christopher, Michaela, Tanner, Noah and Brooke and two great grandchildren, Nathan and Logan, a special friend Pam Bright of Barbourville. He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
Funeral services for Mr. Hobert Carmack will be conducted in the Hampton Funeral Home chapel with Rev. David Mounce and Rev. Joe Jones officiating. Pallbearers will be Grandsons, Great Grandsons and sons in law of Mr. Carmack. Honorary pallbearers will be all the Parkway Service Center employees, the staff of the Daniel Boone Family Health Center, Dr. Michael Jones along with nephews of Mr. Carmack. He will be laid to rest in the Williamson Cemetery at Hinkle. Hampton Funeral Home will be in charge of all arrangements.

Friends will be received at the Hampton Funeral Home on Friday evening from 6:00 until
9:00 p.m., and on Saturday morning until the hour of service at 11:00 a .m.
