Geneva Lewis Vaughn, age 65 of Barbourville, Kentucky passed away Saturday night at the Knox County Hospital in Barbourville. Geneva was a homemaker and believer in the Baptist Faith. She was born on July 4th, 1947 to the late Arthur and Ethel Lewis. Geneva is survived by one son Ted Vaughn of Barbourville and one daughter Tina Wright and her husband Barry of Barbourville. Geneva is also survived by several siblings, two grandchildren, two great grandchildren and a very special friend Lonnie Gray.
Funeral services for Geneva Lewis will be conducted at 11AM Wednesday at the Hampton Funeral Home with James Vandy officiating. Burial will follow in the Barbourville City Cemetery. The family will receive friends after 6PM Tuesday at the Hampton Funeral Home
