Gary Anderson Townsley
November 9, 1949 — April 28, 2014
Mr. Gary Anderson Townsley, better know as "Cheeseburger" age 64 of Hinkle, KY departed this life on Monday, April 28, 2014 at his home. He was the son of Colonel & Opal Townsley born to them on November 9, 1949 in Knox Co. Gary was an avid car fan who loved going to car shows and he had worked as a truck driver during his life.
He is survived by his son, Buddy Bingham of Bimble, KY, his former wife and very special friend, Jenny Bingham and one brother, Johnny Townsley and wife Jeannette of Hinkle. He also leaves behind many other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Colonel and Opal Townsley and one brother Larry Townsley and an infant son, Gary A. Townlsey, Jr.
Funeral services for Gary Townsley will be conducted on Friday, Mary 2, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in the Hampton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Steven Honeycutt & Rev. Dewayne Smith officiating. Pallbearers will be family & friends. Burial will follow in the Barbourville Cemetery with Hampton Funeral Home in charge of all arrangements.
Friends will be received at the Hampton Funeral Home on Thursay evening from 6:00 until 9:00 p.m. and on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service at 2:00 p.m.
