Faye Marie Miller

Mrs. Faye Marie (Eversole) Miller, age 81, of Flat Lick, KY, departed this life on Thursday, October 30, 2014 in the Pineville Community Hospital. She was born September 13, 1933 in Bell Co., KY the daughter of Jesse and Florence (Collins) Eversole. She was the wife of Everett Miller, Sr. for 60 years who preceded her in death in 2012. In addition to her husband and her son Terry who passed away in 1973, she was preceded in death by her siblings Isaac, Lorene, Frank, John, Clara, Martha and Charles. Faye was a God fearing woman who had a strong Baptist faith. She truly enjoyed gospel music and sang in church the majority of her life.
She loved to make others laugh and help anyone who needed it.
Faye was the mother of seven children: Roy Miller and wife Carol, Wanda Dansby and husband Mike, Jimmy Miller, Lynn Fuson and husband Eddie all of Michigan, Everett Miller, Jr. of Flat Lick, KY and David Miller also of Flat Lick. She is also survived by her siblings: Roxie Knuckles, Matti Poore, Katherine Brock (the baby), fourteen grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren. Her children and grandchildren were the light of her world. She also leaves behind a host of nieces and nephews and other special friends.
Funeral services for Mrs. Miller will be conducted in the Hampton Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, November 3, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Johnny Knuckles, her nephew and Rev. Lonzo Messer officiating. Pallbearers will be family & friends. She will be laid to rest in the Miller Cemetery at Flat Lick, KY. Hampton Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
Friends will be received at the Hampton Funeral Home on Saturday evening from 6:00 until 9:00 p.m. and on Sunday from 10:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service at 2:00 p.m.
