Elnoro Louise Young

Mrs. Elnoro (Louise) Young age 86 of Barbourville, KY departed this life on Sunday morning, November 27th, 2011 in the Central Baptist Hospital in Lexington, KY. She was the widow of Truman Young. She was born January 18th, 1925 in Barbourville, KY to the late Evie Eslie Sr. & Mable (Witt) Hammons.
Mrs. Young was member of the East Barbourville Baptist Church, and enjoyed crocheting, going to the lake, and to the Hammons Camp, and talking on the phone.
Besides her parents, and husband she was preceded in death by three brothers Glenn D. Hammons, E.E. Hammons Jr, and Jack Harlan Hammons.
Left to mourn her passing is her two daughters Trula Centers & husband Larry, and Pamela Watkins both of Turkey Creek, KY, one brother Thomas Hammons & wife Kate of Ohio. Four Grandchildren, Heather Centers, Jamie Watkins Scott & husband David, Anthony Centers, and Russell Centers , three Great Grandchildren Nathaniel Watkins Scott, Tori Watkins Scott and Jayla Centers.
She is also survived by a loving niece, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
Funeral services for Mrs.Louise Young will be conducted on Wednesday, November 30th, 2011 @ 4:00 p.m. in the Hampton Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. James Vandy officiating. Pallbearers will be Hobart Adams, Joe Watkins, David Scott, Leon Disney, Kevin Rossman, Travis Rossman, David Adams and Terry Messer. Burial will follow in the Barbourville Cemetery. Hampton Funeral Home will be in charge of all arrangements.
Friends may call at the Hampton Funeral Home on Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of service at 4:00 p.m
