Elizabeth North

Mrs. Elizabeth North age 70 of Gray, Ky., the daughter of the late William & Lucy (Saylor) Sizemore who was born on August 3, 1938 in Bell County, Ky., and departed this life in the Knox County Hospital on Saturday – September 6, 2008. Elizabeth was a member of the Parkway Church of God. She was a housewife who enjoyed going to church, flowers, and gardening. On February 14, 1958 she was united in marriage to John Henry North and to this union six children was born. She is preceded in death by her parents, William & Lucy Sizemore, three brothers Virgil Sizemore, William Jr. Sizemore, Leon Jr. Sizemore, and two sisters Ellen Sizemore, and Mary Sizemore.
Survivors include, her husband John Henry North, of Gray, Ky., five sons Charlie North of Topeka, Kansas, Donnie North & wife Kelly of Topeka, Kansas, Roger North & wife Pam of Gray, Ky., Rick North & wife Cathy of Gray, Ky., Tim North & wife Kim of Corbin, Ky., one daughter Brenda Jessup & husband John of Lexington, Ky., two brothers T. J. Sizemore & wife Gladys of Harlan, Ky., Albert Sizemore & wife Ally of Gray, Ky., three sisters Leoma North of Harlan, Ky., Vinamarie Mills of Mills, Ky., Roberta Grubb & husband David of Mackey Bend, Ky., thirteen Grandchildren Carrie LeFeavers, Annette North, John Jason Brown, Robert North, Ginerette North, Trudy North, Justin North, Rebecca Dobbs, Hannah North, Tiffany Woods, Brandy Woods, Hannah & Dalton North, three Great Grandchildren Chases Lefevers, Chloe Lefevers, Skyler Nicholas North. A sister – in- law Valerie Sizemore of Gray, Ky., a son-in-law J.B. & Debbie Brown of London, Ky. Mrs. North also leaves a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing. Funeral services will be conducted in the Hampton Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday – September 9, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. with the Rev. Rick Fowler & Rev. John Jessup officiating. Pallbearers will be Family & Friends. Interment will be at Gray, Ky. Hampton Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
