Elizabeth Knuckles

Elizabeth Knuckles age 62, of Flat Lick passed away Monday at the UT Medical Center in Knoxville, TN. She was born on March 1, 1948 in Bell County to John Riley Knuckles, Sr. and Anna Marie Bain Knuckles. She was a member of the Concord Baptist Church and was a homemaker. She loved watching TV especially soap operas, being outside, being around her family and joking around.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by one brother John Riley Knuckles, Jr, one sister, Edna Knuckles Mills and one sister in law Faye Knuckles.
Survivors include one daughter Crystal Knuckles of Flat Lick, one brother, Arnold Knuckles and wife Patricia of Pineville and one sister, Molly Bingham of Barbourville. She also leaves behind a host of many other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
Funeral services for Elizabeth Knuckles will be conducted in the Hampton Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday , December 30, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. with Larry Sowders officiating. Burial will follow in the Hammons Cemetery at Flat Lick. Pallbearers will be Wayne Napier, Kevin Knuckles, Arnold Knuckles, Anthony Brooks , Eric Washam and Joe Knuckles. Honorary Pallbearers are Dr. Fredrick, Dr. Hayes and the staff of UT Medical Center. Hampton Funeral Home will be in charge of all arrangements.
The family will receive friends at Hampton Funeral Home Wednesday evening from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of service at 2:00 p.m.
