Mr. Edwin Ray King age 90, passed away on Friday - October 14, 2011 at his home.
Ed is survived by eight children, Gial Richardson, Shirley Giltner, Belinda King, Rebecca Gowan, Carolyn brown, Loretta Sasser, Jeanine Martin, and Gary King. He was also blessed with 19 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild. Everyone who knew him will remember this by his icy blue eyes and readiness to pray for others. Very few knew just how much he prayed, loved, and cared for others. Edwin has gone home to be with his Lord & Savior and his will be missed by so many.
Funeral services for Mr. King will be conducted on Friday - October 21st, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. in the Hampton Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Barbourville Cemetery. Hampton Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
