Edward Moore

Mr. Edward Moore age 77 of Woodbine, KY formerly of Knox County passed away on Sunday, March 25, 2012 at his home. He was the son of the late Kelly & Oma (Shepard) Moore of Mousie, KY, born to them on April 6, 1934. He was also the widower of Enda Ruth Moore.
Edward was a former coalminer and a member of the Concord Baptist Church.
Besides his parents & wife he was preceded in death by four brothers Delmer Ray Moore, Lowell Moore, James Moore, and Marvin Moore.
Left behind to mourn his passing is one son Roger Moore & fiancée Nellie Napier, one daughter Donna Gambrel, three brothers Pearl Moore & wife Hattie, Lewis Moore & wife Coarll, and Clyde Moore, one sister Lizzy Terry. Plus a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
Funeral services for Mr. Moore will be conducted on Wednesday, March 28, 2012 @ 1:00 p.m. In the Hampton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. James Helton officiating. Pallbearers will be Family & Friends. Burial will follow in the King-Moore Cemetery. Hampton Funeral Home will be in charge of all arrangements.
Friends may call at the Hampton Funeral Home on Tuesday evening from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of service at 1:00 on Wednesday.
