Mrs. Dorothy Gray Engle age 44, of Flat Lick, Ky. passed away on Monday-May 7 2007 at her home.
She was the wife of Lyde Engle and they were united in marriage on July 10, 1986 and to this union three sons were born. Mrs. Engle was the daughter of Leamon Gray and the late Pansy Hobbs Gray born to them on August 12, 1962 in Knox Co. Ky. Mrs. Engle was a very devoted mother to her sons and loving wife to her husband. Her mother Pansy Hobbs Gray preceded Mrs. Engle in death. Survivors include: Her husband: Lyde Engle of Flat Lick, Ky. Her Father: Leamon Gray of Himyar, Ky. Sons: Lyde Engle, Jr. of Flat Lick, Ky. Kyle Engle of Flat Lick, Ky. Kevin Engle of Flat Lick, Ky. Sisters: Betty Grubb of Flat Lick, Ky. Hazel Jordon of Girdler, Ky. Joyce Hubbard and husband Tommy of Flat Lick, KY. Lois Gray of Himyar, Ky. Brothers: Ralph Gray and wife Dianne of Flat Lick, Ky. Stanley Gray and wife Melonie of Trosper, Ky. Leon Gray and wife Lisa of Artemus, Ky. Mrs. Engle leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, friends and family to mourn her death. Funeral services for Mrs. Engle will be conducted on Thursday-May 10, 2007 at 12 noon in the Hampton Funeral Home with Rev. Scott Phipps officiating. Pallbearers will be family and friends. Burial will follow in the Hammons Cemetery at Flat Lick, Ky. Hampton Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
