DC Patterson age 53, of Flat Lick, Kentucky passed away December 26th 2013 in the UK Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky. He was born on September 27th 1960 to the late John and Troy Patterson in Beverly, Kentucky. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by one brother Orie Patterson. DC was united in marriage to Lucy Patterson on July 4th 2007. Besides his wife DC is survived by daughters Sandra Longsworth and her husband Anthony and Stacy Meadors and her fiancé James Blaetz both of Corbin, step daughters Donna Jones and husband David of Manchester, Sonya Gregory and husband Larry of Mt. Vernon. Five grandchildren, Alexis Nicole Longsworth, Dewayne Michael Cureton, Madison, Chandler, and Lucas Jones. Two sisters Ollie Sizemore and her husband Larry, and Patricia Mills and husband Pete of Flat Lick, Kentucky, 2 brothers Randy Patterson and wife Dennie and Tony Patterson and wife Kristie, DC is also survived by the following nieces and nephews Cindy and husband Paul, and Leslie Sizemore, Bradley, Ethan and Caleb Patterson, and Zachary Cowboy Mills, and 2 special friends Stacey Roark and Ricky Mason. DC loved to ride his four wheeler, and spend time with his family, and friends. He also loved to mow his grass, because he mowed every two days whether it needed it or not.
Funeral services for DC Patterson will be conducted at 2PM Sunday at Hampton Funeral Home Chapel with Jerry Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Polly Warren Cemetery at Mills, Kentucky. The family will receive friends after 6PM Saturday, December 28th at the Hampton Funeral Home
