Mrs. Darlene Sizemore age 56 of Walker, Ky., departed this life Wednesday – March 5,2008 at her home. She was the wife of Jimmy Sizemore and the mother of Tina Sizemore. Mrs. Sizemore was born July 18, 1951 in Knox Co. to Levi and Gladys (Smith) Stewart. Mrs. Sizemore was a member of the Salem Baptist Church, and like to shop and clean. Her parents and one sister Hazel preceded Mrs. Sizemore in death.
Survivors include her husband Jimmy Sizemore of Walker, Ky., One daughter Tina Sizemore of Dewitt, Ky., Four brothers Carl Stewart & wife Dorothy, Dennis Ray Stewart, both of Detroit , Mich., Ernest Stewart and wife Marie of Mills, Ky., G.C. Stewart of Dayton, Ohio. Six sisters, Carrie Grubb and the late Delbert Grubb of Lincoln Park, Michigan, Donna Grubb and husband Dean of Dayton, Ohio, Janice Radcliff and husband Perry of Detroit, Michigan, Bonnie Mills and husband Jerry of Mills, Ky., Wealthy Graham and husband Walter of Detroit, Michigan, Thelma Hammons and husband Benny of Dewitt, Ky. Plus a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing. Funeral services for Mrs. Darlene Sizemore will be conducted on Monday March 9, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. in the Hampton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Calvin Collins officiating. Burial will follow in the Davis Cemetery at Acorn Fork with Family and Friends serving as pallbearers. Hampton Funeral Home is in charge of all the arrangements.
